Terms of use
Apogee Internal Application · end-user license agreement · effective 6 October 2026
1. What the Application is
The Apogee Internal Application (the "Application") is proprietary software owned and operated by Apogee Capital Partners, LLC ("Apogee") for Apogee's internal use. It is made available only to Apogee's staff and to contractors Apogee has engaged, each of whom is given access by an Apogee administrator. By signing in you agree to these terms and to Apogee's policies on confidentiality and the handling of patient and financial information.
2. Permitted use
- Use the Application only for Apogee's business and only within the access you have been given.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself; access is granted to individuals and removed when a person leaves.
- Take data out of the Application only through its own export functions, for Apogee's purposes, and handle every export under Apogee's confidentiality rules — exports are recorded.
- Do not attempt to bypass the sign-in, probe the Application's security, or use it to process data that is not Apogee's.
3. The QuickBooks Online connection
An Apogee company administrator may authorize the Application to read Apogee's own QuickBooks Online company files through Intuit's API. By doing so you confirm that you are authorized to grant that access on Apogee's behalf. The Application reads accounting data only and never writes to QuickBooks. The connection can be revoked at any time, in the Application or under Apps in QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; the Application is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit, and your use of QuickBooks itself is governed by Intuit's own terms.
4. Data
How the Application handles data is described in its privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Availability and changes
The Application is an internal tool provided as it is, without any warranty of availability or fitness for a purpose. Apogee may change, suspend or withdraw it, or any part of it, at any time, and may revoke any person's access at any time.
6. Ownership
The Application, its code and its design belong to Apogee. Nothing in these terms gives anyone a licence to copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them is subject to the courts of Texas.
